A meandering drive through Medina showcases the best of what the community has to offer. It is also one of the most educated communities in America, where over 78% of adults have a college or other advanced degree. For many residents, education and success have gone hand in hand. And that success has been reflected in wealth. Medina has the 3rd highest per-capita income in Washington and the 49th highest in the U.S.
